iLab North America General Maintenance

On Sunday December 8th, 2019 at 2 AM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will be performing a general maintenance on the database servers for the full iLab North American instance, including DFCI, Kiosk and Requisitioning. Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and there should be no more than 10 minutes of downtime, during the re-boot phase.

Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and there should be no more than 10 minutes of downtime, during the re-boot phase.

iLab North America and DFCI Backup Server Node Maintenance, scheduled 5 days ago

On Saturday November 30th, 2019 at 10 PM (U.S. EST), Agilent Site Reliability Engineers and Network Service Provider will be performing a restoration maintenance on the backup node for the North American and DFCI iLab server instance. Maintenance is planned for 3 hours and downtime should not exceed 1 hour during this window. There may be some general slowness within the site during this time.
