We will be migrating our Canada based customers from our North American instance to a new Canada based server. This is currently scheduled all day Saturday, August 18th, from 00:00 am to Sunday, August 19th, 00:00 am CA EST.
[August 18th, 2018; 12:00 AM CA EST] - Work has commenced on database import.
[August 18th, 2018; 12:23 AM CA EST] - All CA cores have been made inactive in North American instance.
[August 18th, 2018; 07:50 AM CA EST] - Database migration is still in progress. Work is proceeding according to schedule.
[August 18th, 2018; 01:40 PM CA EST] - Major part of the migration complete, new site is available. Site Reliability Engineering team completing remaining tasks on check-list (updating the search index) and testing application.
[August 19th, 2018; 06:00 AM CA EST] - The iLab service is up and running - please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you experience any difficulties
