iLab North America Stanford site unavailable

[August 24th, 2018; 05:57 AM EDT] We are currently investigating an outage for our Stanford site. Our engineers are aware of the problem and will seek to restore service as soon as possible. We will be providing updates as soon as we have further information.

[August 24th, 2018; 07:13 AM EDT] The incident is now resolved and the site is available again. We found an issue in our DNS records which caused the site to be unreachable, we've amended the records and this has resolved the problem. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
