[04:00 PM London Time] - The EU sites have been moved to a new instance on the web server and users logging into https://eu.ilabsolutions.com/account/login may experience slower load times while accessing the site. For optimal use of the site, we recommend logging in https://zrh.ilabsolutions.com/account/login. Users can continue to use https://eu.ilabsolutions.com/account/login, without issue, on 26/10/2018.
[05:16 PM London Time] - DNS cache should be cleared and users should be able to access all European sites. There may be some slower load times on some site pages. iLab SRE will be working with our infrastructure server group to monitor closely and resolve any lingering issues. Users can continue logging in through custom, institution URLs or any of the URLs mentioned above.
