iLab Australia/New Zealand Australia / New Zealand Data migration

We will be migrating our Australia / New Zealand based customers from our North American instance to a new Australia based server. This is currently scheduled for twelve hours: Saturday, August 26, 9:00 pm to Sunday, August 27, 9:00 am AEST.

[9:00 PM AEST] - Work has commenced, all data entered into North American server will not be migrated over

[9:05 PM AEST] - All AU/NZ cores in North America have been turned inactive

[9:45 PM AEST] - Database transfer complete and restore is beginning in Australia - this is expected to take about 6 hours

[12:15 AM AEST] - Main part of the migration complete, new site is available. Site Reliability Engineering team completing remaining tasks on check-list (updating the search index) and testing application

[2:00 AM AEST] - The iLab service is up and running - please contact ilab-support@agilent.com if you experience any difficulties
