Welcome! Here you'll find real-time service availability and upcoming maintenance events for four of Agilent’s SaaS products: iLab, SLIMS, Crosslab Portal and Seahorse Analytics. Over time, more Agilent SaaS products will be integrated into this status portal.

iLab Routine Maintenance - Multiple Instances

On Saturday April 27th, 2024 at 4:30 AM (UTC), routine maintenance has been scheduled for the following iLab server instances and API:

  • iLab Primary U.S.
  • iLab Stanford
  • iLab Canada
  • iLab Europe
  • iLab Australia
  • iLab DFCI
  • Agilent Status Page
  • iLab Content Management
  • iLab Catalog Database

Maintenance is planned for 1 hour and during this time, please take note that user will be experiencing server downtime of no more than 15 minutes. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.

iLab Europe European Site Interruption

[07:27 AM London Time] - Service disruption for iLab EU site. iLab Engineers investigating.

[07:56 AM London Time] - iLab Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team engaged and started investigation.

[09:05 AM London Time] - iLab European sites should operational. There may be some temporary slowness and iLab SRE is monitoring and increasing bandwidth.

[09:19 AM London Time] - iLab SRE team isolated issue to the utility server and are working with cloud provider on ETA for permanent solution. More information can be found here, http://status.cloudsigma.com/.

[02:20 PM London Time] - iLab EU instance being prepared for migration into backup database.

[02:40 PM London Time] - EU iLab site taken down for changeover.

[02:59 PM London Time] - EU iLab site being prepared to be brought online.

iLab Europe European Site Interruption

[10:58 AM London Time] - iLab Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team engaged and started investigation.

[12:56 PM London Time] - iLab European sites should operational. There may be some temporary slowness and iLab SRE is monitoring and increasing bandwidth.

[04:00 PM London Time] - The EU sites have been moved to a new instance on the web server and users logging into https://eu.ilabsolutions.com/account/login may experience slower load times while accessing the site. For optimal use of the site, we recommend logging in https://zrh.ilabsolutions.com/account/login. Users can continue to use https://eu.ilabsolutions.com/account/login, without issue, on 26/10/2018.

[05:16 PM London Time] - DNS cache should be cleared and users should be able to access all European sites. There may be some slower load times on some site pages. iLab SRE will be working with our infrastructure server group to monitor closely and resolve any lingering issues. Users can continue logging in through custom, institution URLs or any of the URLs mentioned above.
