[Tuesday July 21st, 2:24 PM (U.S. EST)] - iLab sites, except DFCI and Stanford, on the U.S. server experiencing general slowness and may not available for users.

[Tuesday July 21st, 2:30 PM (U.S. EST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have identified the issue and have begun process to resolve.

[Tuesday July 21st, 2:35 PM (U.S. EST)] - Issue has been resolved and Agilent Engineers will continue to monitor.
