iLab Stanford Data Migration Saturday, July 25th, 2020 13:30:00 EDT


We will be migrating our Stanford customers from our U.S. instance to a new PAN based server instance on Saturday July 25th, 2020 at 10:30 AM (U.S. PST). Migration is expected to take 24 hours and during this time, the iLab site may be unavailable.

[Saturday July 25th; 10:32 AM (U.S. PST)] - Agilent Site Reliability Engineers have begun process to migrate Stanford server instance.

[Saturday July 25th; 2:57 PM (U.S. PST)] - Migration and data index are both complete. Site is being tested for vulnerabilities.

[Saturday July 25th; 9:10 PM (U.S. PST)] - All operations have been tested and issue found with exporting of large data reports. Agilent Engineers are investigating.

[Saturday July 25th; 9:35 Pm (U.S. PST)] - Issue with large report export has been resolved and all site features are functional.
